Refund & Return Policy

Adaptive Comfort Clothing, operated by Just Is Holdings Inc., wants you to feel confident in your purchase. If something is not right, we are here to help.

Return Window

You have 14 days from the date your order is received to request a return.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must meet all of the following conditions:

  • Garments and shoes must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered
  • All original tags must still be attached
  • Shoes may be tried on indoors only and must not be worn outside
  • Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required

Final Sale Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Undergarments and socks, for hygiene reasons
  • All sale items
  • Any item that has been altered or customized at the customer’s request

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns must be approved before being sent back. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

How to Request a Return

To request a return, email info@adaptivecomfortclothing.com with your order number and the item details.

If your return is approved, we will send instructions for where and how to return your package.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us right away at info@adaptivecomfortclothing.com so we can review the issue and make it right.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to post the refund.
