Returns & Exchanges

 

What is your return policy?

You may return unworn, unwashed or defective merchandise to our North Vancouver location or by mail. Returns made within 30 days of the order shipment date will be refunded to the original form of payment. Returns made after 30 days of the order shipment date will be refunded via merchandise credit.

 

Returning to a store?

We'll gladly accept your online return at our North Vancouver Location - Just make sure you bring your original packing list with you. Non-Receipt Returns: Merchandise returned without an original sales receipt will be exchanged the same day for in store merchandise of the current retail price of the item(s) being returned.

Within 30 days: The original method of payment will be refunded in full.

After 30 days or a Gift Return: A merchandise credit will be issued for the price paid.

 

Returning by mail?

Please call our office to confirm the items

 

How long will it take for my return to process?

Please allow 2-3 weeks from the time you mail your return for it to be processed. We will email you once it is processed.

 

Can I exchange my order?

Unfortunately, exchanges are not available for mail in returns. Items can only be returned for a refund. If you would like a replacement item, please place another order online.

Exchanges can be made only in our North Vancouver location.

 

I lost my packing list – what do I do?

If you've lost your packing slip and you are the original purchaser label please email us at jinelle.adptivecomfort@gmail.com for assistance. Please provide either the order number or the name of the purchaser and shipping address so we are able to locate the original order.

 

What if my product is damaged or defective?

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us and we will help you exchange or return the item.
